What the jobs look like
Botgigs jobs are scoped automations for businesses: LLM agents wired into company systems, RPA workflows on UiPath or Automation Anywhere, scraping and monitoring infrastructure, grounded chatbots, data pipelines, applied ML. Every job arrives as a structured hire brief, generated by the same intake buyers can try on the homepage: deliverables, milestones in order, stack, and an honest effort band. You quote against a scope, not against "we want to use AI, ideas welcome?". If you are calibrating your own rate against the market, the buyer-side ranges we publish in what it costs to hire an AI developer are the same numbers your clients are reading.
Why specialists do better here
- The bench is vetted. Screening runs on shipped automation work and stack depth. That filters out the profile-tag crowd you are usually underbid by, and it is the same bar buyers are told to apply in the questions to ask before hiring.
