Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Botgigs (botgigs.com), the brand behind the Botgigs marketplace, currently in pre-launch early access. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it. Questions and requests: app@botgigs.com.

What we collect

Early-access signups. When you request early access we store your email address, the confirmation status of that email, which page or button you signed up from, standard campaign parameters if you arrived from an ad (utm tags), your IP address and browser user agent. That is the complete list.

Demo input. When you use the hire-brief generator, the task description and options you submit are sent to our server and processed by an AI model to produce your brief. Demo input is used to generate the output you see, to cache identical requests briefly, and for abuse prevention. It is not attached to your identity, not used for marketing, and not sold or shared beyond the AI processing that generates the output.

Technical logs. Like every website, our servers keep short-lived request logs (IP, URL, timestamp) for security and debugging.

What we do with it

• Send you the confirmation code you asked for, and later, early-access and launch emails.
• Measure which pages drive genuine interest, so we build the right thing first.
• Prevent spam and abuse of the signup form and the demo.

What we never do

• No selling or renting your data. To anyone, ever.
• No third-party advertising trackers on this site.
• No adding you to lists you did not ask for. One confirmed signup, one purpose.

Cookies and similar

We use a session cookie (required for the site and the demo to function, including CSRF protection and demo rate limits) and, if we deploy analytics, a single first-party analytics tag to count visits and conversions in aggregate. No cross-site tracking.

Retention

Early-access data is kept until launch onboarding completes or you unsubscribe, whichever comes first, then deleted or fully anonymized. Unconfirmed signups are pruned periodically. Demo caches expire within hours; request logs within weeks.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, from any jurisdiction. Email app@botgigs.com with the subject "[privacy] Data request" and we will act on it promptly. Every early-access email includes an unsubscribe link.

Changes

If this policy changes before launch, the date above changes with it, and material changes will be flagged in the next email we send you.
