Get a brief and the right matches

The brief recommends the shape of the hire: a human builder when the job needs custom engineering, a ready-made autonomous agent when working software already solves it, or a hybrid. At launch, matching runs against a bench where every freelancer passed AI-native vetting: shipped automations, verified stack depth, and consistent screening, not self-declared skill tags.

No bidding war and no proposal spam. You review a shortlist that already fits the brief, instead of a hundred applications that do not.

Hire, and pay for outcomes

At launch, you agree the milestones straight from the brief, so both sides start with the same definition of done. The planned launch scope includes milestone escrow: funds release when a milestone is accepted, which keeps incentives honest on both sides of a remote engagement.
