Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of botgigs.com, operated by BotGigs (the brand behind this site, reachable at support@botgigs.com), By using the site you accept them.

1. What this site is

BotGigs is a specialist marketplace for hiring AI and automation freelancers and ready-made autonomous agents. The site offers: a free hire-brief demo, an account created with an email address, a job board with published plans, and pages describing matching, vetting and escrow. Features may be refined over time; material changes are announced by email.

2. Accounts

Creating an account is free, requires only an email address, and creates no obligation on either side: we do not bill you until you choose a plan. Published plan prices are the prices charged when you post a job; billing is governed by these terms and the plan you choose.

Renewals and failed payments. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. When a new billing period begins, access for that whole period is granted and the payment for it is due. If the charge does not go through, the payment remains due and we retry it. Cancelling after a new period has begun only switches off later renewals; it does not cancel the payment for the period that has already started. Such a renewal charge is not refundable, and your access continues until the end of that paid period. The fee is for access to the service for the period, not for using it, so not having used the service is not a ground for a refund.

3. The demo

The hire-brief generator produces AI-generated output. It is a best-effort estimate for orientation, not professional advice, not a quotation, and not a representation that a specific specialist or agent is available. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for hiring or budget decisions. You agree not to abuse the demo (automated scraping, bulk generation, attempts to extract the underlying model or keys, or submitting unlawful content).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt the site, probe or breach its security, misrepresent your identity to it, or use it to send spam. We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic.

5. Intellectual property

The BotGigs name, logo, site design and content belong to BotGigs. The task descriptions you type into the demo remain yours; you grant us the limited right to process them to generate your output and operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

The site and demo are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BotGigs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us to use it in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. The date above reflects the current version; material changes will be announced to account holders by email before they take effect. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
