Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of botgigs.com, operated by Botgigs (the brand behind this site, reachable at app@botgigs.com), during the pre-launch early-access period. By using the site you accept them.

1. What this site is right now

Botgigs is building a specialist marketplace for hiring AI and automation freelancers and ready-made autonomous agents. The marketplace is not yet live. What this site offers today is: information about the planned product, a free hire-brief demo, and an early-access email list. Pages describing matching, vetting, escrow and pricing describe the planned launch scope, clearly labelled as such, and are not a promise that a specific feature will exist in a specific form on a specific date.

2. Early access

Joining the early-access list is free, requires only an email address, and creates no obligation on either side: we do not bill you, and you do not commit to anything. Published plan prices are planned launch pricing; billing, if you later choose a plan, will be governed by the full terms published at launch.

3. The demo

The hire-brief generator produces AI-generated output. It is a best-effort estimate for orientation, not professional advice, not a quotation, and not a representation that a specific specialist or agent is available. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for hiring or budget decisions. You agree not to abuse the demo (automated scraping, bulk generation, attempts to extract the underlying model or keys, or submitting unlawful content).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt the site, probe or breach its security, misrepresent your identity to it, or use it to send spam. We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic.

5. Intellectual property

The Botgigs name, logo, site design and content belong to Botgigs. The task descriptions you type into the demo remain yours; you grant us the limited right to process them to generate your output and operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

The site and demo are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Botgigs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this pre-launch site; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us to use it, which pre-launch is zero.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product moves toward launch. The date above reflects the current version; material changes will be announced to the early-access list before they take effect. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
